Reformer Essentials

Master the essentials of Reformer teaching. In this course, you’ll learn the core repertoire on the Reformer with basic props, focusing on alignment, cueing, and safe technique. Reformer Essentials builds the foundation every instructor needs to confidently teach group classes.

Mat Foundations Certification
